DELIVERY
Once your order is ready for dispatch, the estimated delivery times are:
- Pakistan: 3–5 working days
- United Kingdom: 3–5 working days
- All other international destinations: Up to 10 working days
Made to order: Production time is 4–6 weeks, plus 7–10 working days for delivery.
Please check the production time stated on each product page. Production time is separate from delivery time and must be added when estimating your order's arrival date.
CUSTOMS & IMPORT CHARGES
Any customs duties, import taxes or clearance fees are the customer's responsibility. Customers must ensure that all applicable charges are paid and that parcels are cleared promptly.
